
Ingredients:
4 pkg noodles
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
150-gm chicken
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 carrot
1 cup bok choy
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp vinegar
1 ½ tbsp corn starch slurry
½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles for 2-3 minutes in boiling water
2. Remove from heat, strain and let it cool
3. Drizzle 3 tbsp of cooking oil on skillet
4. Transfer the noodles onto the pan and fry for 6-8 minutes on low-medium heat
5. Remove from heat once each side is crispy and light brown in color
6. Drizzle 2 tbsp of cooking oil
7. Add chopped garlic cloves, sliced onion and sauté until soft
8. Add thinly sliced chicken pieces
9. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, sliced carrot and bok choy
10. Pour in chicken stock, vinegar and cornstarch slurry
11. Finish off with a drizzle of sesame oil
12. Place the chicken vegetables on top of the noodles before serving
13. Ready to Enjoy!
