Love this one! Easy to make and also comes out so delicious.
¼ cup sugar
1 cup rice flour
½ cup ap flour
2 tbsp milk
1 cup + 4 tbsp water
1. Prepare batter by mixing eggs with sugar
2. Sift in rice flour and ap flour
3. Add milk and water
4. Mix until consistency is right
5. Dip the mould ladle into the batter
6. Dip into the hot oil to fry
7. Remove once the colour is light golden brown
8. Place the pitha in a small bowl to form shape before serving
9. Ready to enjoy!
