Fish fillet 1/2 lb
Plain flour 1/2 cup
For egg coating
Egg 2-3
Salt 1/4 tsp
For gravy
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1.5 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Thinly sliced ginger 1 tbsp
Onion 1/4 cup
Half boiled carrots and green papaya 1/4 cup
Bell peppers 1/4 cup each
Green chili 8 pcs
