Easy Pranhara Kachagolla

Our favorite Pranhara (Kacha Golla) recipe!

Serving Size: 4-5


Milk Cheese

2 liters Milk

4 tbsp Vinegar

4 tbsp Water

2 tbsp Sugar

4 tbsp Condensed Milk


½ cup Milk Powder


1 tsp Pistachios


1. Bring milk to boiling point then turn off the heat and add vinegar-water mix

2. Drain out the liquid using a cheesecloth, squeeze out any excess liquid from the milk cheese

3. Take about half the amount of milk cheese, add sugar and knead for 10 minutes

4. Transfer the knead milk cheese to a pan and cook for 4 minutes on low heat

5. Pour condensed milk and cook for 6-8 minutes until water evaporates

6. Mix the cooked milk cheese with the uncooked milk cheese using your hand

7. Knead well then create a small spherical shape

8. Coat well with milk powder and garnish with pistachios

9. Ready to Enjoy!
