Aloo Chapli Kabab

A scrumptious snack, Aloo Chapli Kabab, anyone can make!


3 medium potatoes

1 tsp crushed coriander

½ tsp crushed dry red chili

½ tsp crushed cumin

½ tsp dry mango powder

2 chopped green chilies

½ tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

½ cup ap flour


1. Grate potatoes in cold water to wash properly then strain out excess water

2. Mix the potato with crushed coriander, dry red chili, cumin, mango powder, green chili, ginger paste, fresh coriander, and salt to taste

3. Add ap flour and mix well

4. Prepare round kabab shapes then fry in oil with slices of tomato on one side of each kabab

5. Cool until golden brown

6. Ready to Enjoy!

This was a lovely recipe, alas, I failed at making it right. It turned out dense and tasteless. InshaAllah will try again later :)
