Small Fish Chorchori In Coconut & kaffir lime

Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil

1 cup chopped onion

1 tsp red chili

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp coriander

¼ cup coconut paste

1 tsp salt

4 lime leaves

250-gm Mola carplet

3 green chilies

1 tbsp fresh coriander

Steamed Fish

500-gm basa & trout fillet

10 shrimps

1 large onion

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric

1 ½ tsp red chili

4 green chilies

3 tbsp fresh coriander

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

½ cup mustard oil

Instructions for desi mola carplet:

1. Drizzle cooking oil in pan along with chopped onion, red chili, turmeric, coriander, coconut paste, salt and lime leaves

2. Add fish and mix well

3. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat

4. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies

5. Cook for another 10-12 minute on low heat

6. Ready to Enjoy!

Instructions for steamed fish:

1. Cut the fishes into bite size and set aside

2. Mix sliced onion with garlic paste, turmeric, red chili, green chilies, fresh coriander, salt to taste, desiccated coconut and mustard oil

3. Add the fish into the mixture

4. Mix well and wrap in foil paper

5. Steam for 10 minutes

6. Transfer to a pan then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
