Ingredients:
Shrimp Preparation
2 Cup Shrimp
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Pc Egg
1 Tsp Cooking Oil
Sauce
¾ Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ Cup Water
1 Tbsp Sugar
¼ Salt
Cooking
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
½ Cup Red Onion
½ Cup cucumber
4-5 Pc Green Chili
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 Tbsp Water
Garnish
1 Tbsp Green Onion
Instructions:
1. Mine the shrimps
2. Create a dough like consistency with shrimps, salt, pepper, soy sauce, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, and cooking oil
3. Take about a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture and deep fry until golden brown
4. In a pan, add cooking oil, red onion, fried shrimp balls, cucumber, green chili, and the sauce
5. In a bowl, corn starch with water and add to the pan
6. Stir for 2 minutes then remove from heat and garnish with green onion
7. Ready to Enjoy!
