Kids Favorite Mix Vegetable With Chicken Recipe

This flavor-packed chicken and veggies meal is a breeze to make, and most importantly, requires minimal effort to make it.

Ingredients:

1 cup green beans

1 cup sliced carrots

1 cup green papaya

2 ½ tbsp cooking oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp ginger

1 chicken breast

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1 medium onion

½ cup bell pepper

3 green chilies

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 ½ tbsp cornstarch + ¼ cup water

¾ cup water

Instructions:

1. Cook green beans in salt water for 2 ½ minutes then remove from heat

2. Cook carrot pieces for 2 ½ minutes then remove from heat

3. Cook green papaya for 3 minutes then remove from heat

4. Add thinly sliced garlic to a pan with cooking oil along with ginger, and saute for 1-2 min. Add chicken breast pieces, soy sauce and oyster sauce

5. Salt and pepper to taste

6. Stir in onion petals, bell peppers, green papayas, carrots and green beans

7. Add green chilies, rice vinegar and cornstarch slurry

8. Pour water as needed

9. Ready to enjoy!
