Jali kabab

Ingredients:


 

 
Mutton Mince 1 lb
 

 
Coriander 1 tbsp
 

 
Salt to taste
 

 
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
 

 
Garlic 1 tbsp
 

 
Ginger 1 tbsp
 

 
Ketchup 1 tbsp
 

 
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
 

 
Garam Masala 1 tsp
 

 
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
 

 
White bread 4 slices
 

 
Milk to soak bread
 

 
Ghee 1 tsp
 

 
Green chilli 1 tbsp
 

 
Fried Onions (Beresta) 2 tbsp

Instructions:


 

 
In a bowl, mix minced meat with coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, ketchup, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, ghee, green chilli, egg, fried onions (beresta) and salt to taste.
 

 
Soak bread in milk, squeeze excess milk and add to the kabab mix. Mix all ingredients well. Divide into small portions and shape them into kabab patties.

Cooking:

Heat oil in a pan, enough to deep fry!
 

 
Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, coat both sides of the kabab. This will give the kabab a jali (net) texture on top. Make sure the oil is hot before frying the kababs.

Serve hot!
