Fish Curry

This simple fish curry only takes 15 minutes to make with some few basic spices.

Ingredients:

850-gm pangasius

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp wheat flour

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp red chili

3 ½ tbsp cooking oil

1 large onion paste

3 garlic clove paste

1 tsp salt

1 ½ tsp coriander

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp red chili

½ tsp cumin

½ cup water

1 ½ cup hot water

3 green chilies

2 tbsp fresh coriander

Instructions:

1. Coat fish pieces with salt and wheat flour

2. Wash 3 times with cold water to remove raw fish smell

3. Coat fish pieces with salt, turmeric and red chili

4. Fry fish in cooking oil for 2 minutes on medium high heat

5. Remove fish from heat

6. Stir in onion and garlic paste in pan

7. Salt to taste

8. Sauté for 3-4 minutes

9. Splash of water

10. Add coriander, turmeric, red chili, cumin and sauté for 8 minutes

11. Another splash of water

12. Pour hot water

13. Place fish and cook for 5-6 minute on low medium heat

14. Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander

15. Ready to enjoy!
