Easy Yogurt Roti

This Yogurt Roti is a tastier version of our original roti recipe. It’s a super easy and delicious flatbread. It is amazing when served with gravy or any sabji.

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup ap flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup yogurt

¼ cup water

Instructions:

1. Mix whole wheat flour with ap flour, baking powder and salt

2. Whip the yogurt in a separate bowl and gradually pour water

3. Mix in the dry ingredients with the yogurt

4. Knead a dough and coat with cooking oil and let it rest for 15 minutes

5. Cut dough into small pieces and roll it into a round shape

6. Brush cooking oil and cook on pan until light golden brown

7. Ready to enjoy!
