Delicious Mixed Cabbage Bhaji With Carrot and Mushroom

These yummy mixed vegetable recipe is quick, healthy AND delicious

Ingredients:

650-gm shredded cabbage

250-gm mushroom

½ cup water

200-gm shredded carrot

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp turmeric

2 tsp cooking oil

2 garlic

1 medium onion

¾ tsp panch phoron

12-15 curry leaves

4 green chilies

½ tsp roasted cumin

3 tbsp chopped coriander

Instructions:

1. Add shredded cabbage, sliced mushroom, water, shredded carrot, salt and turmeric to a pot

2. Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat

3. Add cooking oil in pan along with chopped garlic and sliced onion and saute until onions are soft

4. Add panch phoron, curry leaves, green chilies, mushroom and salt to taste

5. Splash of water

6. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots

7. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes

8. Add roasted cumin

9. Garnish with fresh coriander

10. Ready to enjoy!
